Comfortable, cozy house on 3+ acres. Sleeps 6-8. Nicely furnished and with hardwood floors.
Dog-friendly with fenced rear yard, if owner approves the dogs.

On east side of Truckee, Easy level winter access. short drive to Northstar and Palisades, 2 miles from I-80 and downtown Truckee.
$5,800 monthly rent is ALL_INCLUSIVE, except for gas and electric! Includes driveway snowplowing and other EXTRAS:
- owner provides snow shoveling of decks, steps, generator, hot tub,
- owner provides high-speed wireless internet, DISH Network basic TV satellite service,
AT&T landline service,
- owner provides hot tub cleaning and maintenance twice a month,
- owner provides 3/4 cord firewood in garage.

The monthly rent will be the same amount as a Christmas New Years rental. If Owner accepts a 5-month ski lease, house will not be available for the holidays. .
