About this cottage rental

Historic cottage conveniently located between Asheville and Black Mountain.

Built in 1926 by E.W. Grove, builder of the Famous Grove park inn and remodeled most recently in 2026!

Enjoy the charm and local history while maintaining modern amenities such as mini-split AC, high end 7-person hot tub with a lounger, custom tiled shower and so much more!

Beautiful and private outdoor spaces including front porch with rocking chairs and adjustable screen.

A short 15 minute drive to downtown Asheville or 6 minutes to downtown Black mountain.

Great for couples, couples with kids, a few close friends.
