About this apartment rental
Beautiful and alluring with traditional details in this comfortable and stylish flat. Situated on a quiet block in the historic Nob Hill neighborhood, it is the ideal haven by having the citys best-known tourist sights as well as downtown shopping, financial and tech hubs just a short walking distance away.
The space
Located on the top level of the building, the flat comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. It has three bedrooms and one and one half bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms have queen-size beds: one with a built-in cabinet and armoire; the other with a closet. The third bedroom has a twin-size bed with a closet.
The combination living and formal dining room area faces the east side of the building; getting nice ethereal light on sunny mornings with a partial view of Coit Tower and San Francisco Bay. There is a 40" ROKU TV, wireless internet, Bluetooth speaker radio, roll-up desk, and oscillating fan included in the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make nice home-cooked meals. There is also a dining area in the kitchen and a in-unit washer & dryer laundry closet for convenience as well. The one and one-half bathrooms have marble floors and sink top with a shower over the original claw foot tub.
The neighborhood
Located in one of the most desirable and quintessential San Francisco neighborhoods, Nob Hill is in the heart of the city within blocks of the best attractions, shopping, restaurants, bars, theaters and entertainment the city has to offer.
Convenient shopping: Union Square (13-minute walk) Trader Joe's and CVS Pharmacy (9-minute walk) VJ’s Mini Market (2-minute walk) Le Beau Market (5-minute walk)
Easy public transportation to all areas: 3 different cable car lines 1 block, 1.5 and 2 blocks away, respectively. Bus stop is 1/2 block away. Uber and Lyft rides are available city-wide and to and from SFO Airport. With the latest addition of the new Chinatown MUNI Subway station being 3 blocks away, gives quick access to many parts of the city.
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO parking available with the flat and street parking is limited. However, there are parking garages within 1.5 to 2 blocks away. Visit "SF Best Parking" and "San Francisco Municipal Transit Authority (SFMTA)" websites for more parking and transportation information.
Guest access
Access to the flat is provided through an entry code assigned to the guest. Please note there are seventeen steps from the front door to reach the flat upstairs. Guest has access to the entire top-floor flat which includes three bedrooms, one and one-half bathrooms, living & formal dining rooms, kitchen and laundry closet.
Other things to note
Please note that the flat is not equipped to support children from 0-4 years old. No parties or events are allowed. No exceptions.

The perfect vacation spot. This two bedroom, 1.5 bath is more spacious than it appears in photos. The bathrooms sit between two of bedrooms so you have plenty of privacy and can easily support anyone rising early (or night owls) without disturbing anyone.You can see Coit Tower from the bay window in the sitting area! A great space for morning yoga. We took advantage of a highly rated coffee shop -a 4 minute walk. We were able to walk everywhere from this perfect location. This Nob Hill flat exceeded our vacation expectations. Thank you so much!

Loved this adorable flat! It was so fun and quarky and looked like it was from a movie. We walked EVERYWHERE and loved every hill along the way. I would definitely stay here again!!!
