Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a bus stop just 5 minutes away, you’ll enjoy easy access to downtown and stadiums.
The bright, comfortable suite is steps from groceries, cafés, restaurants, banks, a pharmacy, library, and local shops.
All guests have exclusive access to the whole suite
Each new guest will have an access code to enter the house, which is only valid during their stay.
Every detail of this 1-bedroom basement garden suite has been carefully considered to ensure your utmost comfort and satisfaction. The interior boasts spacious and elegantly furnished living areas, providing a welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests. The modern amenities will make your stay convenient.
This suite is composed of:
* Bedroom with comfy queen-sized bed
* Living room sofa bed (pull-out double bed) for an additional 2-person to sleep comfortably
* A living room with a comfortable sofa set and a television is perfect for indoor relaxation, enjoying a cup of coffee, reading books, or watching movies with your friends or family.
* Dining space for 4 people
* Comfortable and clean full-kitchen perfect for meal preparations is equipped with cookware, refrigerator, electric stove with oven, electric kettle for hot water, toaster, microwave for heating food. It includes cooking basics for your comfort and complete dining wares for daily use. This suite includes a dishwasher.
* Bathroom with bathtub and toiletries
* Private laundry area for your convenience.
* A tower fan is available and provided for guests' use.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively before your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must be complied with:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am
- Only the registered number of guests will be allowed to stay; extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
