Chiado is a neighbourhood with a rich history dating back to the 16th century. The architecture features elegant 18th-century buildings with wrought-iron balconies, ornate facades, and traditional Portuguese tiles, known as "azulejos."
The neighbourhood was a gathering place for writers, poets, and intellectuals in the 19th and 20th centuries. It's home to the famous Café A Brasileira, a historic café where writers like Fernando Pessoa used to gather.
Chiado is one of Lisbon's most popular shopping districts. It features a wide range of boutique shops, fashion stores, bookstores, and designer stores. Here, you can find both international brands and local handcrafted goods.
Praça Luís de Camões is a central square, a popular meeting point and a great place to rest during exploration. It's often surrounded by street performers and musicians.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
