Welcome to The Storybook Express, a nine-bedroom, five-bath ChampionsGate villa created for large families and multigenerational groups of up to 24 guests.
FIVE KING BEDROOMS + FOUR THEMED ROOMS
Adults can recharge in five king bedrooms. Younger guests can choose from immersive train-, toy-adventure-, ice-castle- and island-voyage-inspired rooms with custom full-size bunk beds shown in the photos.
PRIVATE AMENITIES
Enjoy a screened private pool with spillover spa, covered outdoor dining and loungers. Inside, an air-conditioned game room offers billiards, foosball and arcade games, while the dedicated theater gives the whole group space for movie nights.
GATHER TOGETHER
The open kitchen, dining and living areas make group meals and downtime easy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the home includes Wi-Fi, smart TVs, laundry and on-site parking.
RESORT + LOCATION
Eligible guests may use ChampionsGate resort amenities, including community pools, a lazy river, waterslides, splash area, fitness facilities, sports courts and playgrounds. The villa is convenient to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, golf, dining and shopping.
GOOD TO KNOW
Self-check-in is by keypad. Maximum occupancy is 24 registered guests. No parties, smoking or pets. Optional pool/spa heat is $40 per night and must be requested and paid for in advance. The spillover spa is connected to the pool and is not a standalone hot tub. Resort amenities and operating hours are managed by the community and may change. Children require constant adult supervision around water. This independently operated home is not affiliated with or endorsed by Disney, Universal or any theme park.
Maximum occupancy is 24 registered guests. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home. No pets. Respect the home, neighbors, resort staff and community rules. Children must be supervised around the pool and spa at all times; no glass is permitted in the pool enclosure.
