1️⃣ No smoking indoors

Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas.

Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in $1000 remediation charges.

2️⃣ Quiet hours

Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during designated quiet hours.

3️⃣ Pet friendly

✔ Up to 2 dogs (under 25 lbs)
✔ $150 cleaning fee per pet.
✔ Larger dogs require prior approval.
✔ Unauthorized pets or policy violations will result in additional cleaning and damage fees.

4️⃣ Pool & Hot tub safety

The pool and spa are unfenced

• Children must be supervised at all times
• No diving
• No glass near the pool or hot tub
• Please do not tamper with pool or spa equipment

Families with young children are welcome and encouraged to use their discretion when booking.

5️⃣ Registered guests only

Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property.

6️⃣ Security system

For guest safety and property security, exterior cameras are in operation.

• Camera facing the driveway/entrance
• Camera monitoring the outdoor pool area
• Cameras monitor exterior areas only
• Tampering with security equipment is prohibited

7️⃣ Check-in/Check-out

Early check-in/late check-out can only be confirmed 1 day before to respect cleaning schedules. If available, the fee is $50/hour.

8️⃣ Fireplace

The indoor fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.

9️⃣ Landscaping & Pool service

Professional landscaping and pool maintenance take place on Fridays to ensure the outdoor areas remain clean and beautifully maintained throughout your stay.
