STAY Newport Vacation Management proudly presents The Westing Waterfront House. Set on the water in Jamestown Shores, this pet-friendly coastal retreat puts West Bay at the heart of your stay. Expansive windows frame stunning views, while glass doors open to a spacious waterfront balcony. Enjoy a covered patio, sweeping lawn, shoreline firepit and private path to the rocky beach. Three bedrooms, three full baths and a lower-level game room with billiards complete the home.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house, garage, driveway and all outdoor living areas including beach access of this waterfront property.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.

Pet Policy
Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. A $200 non-refundable pet fee and $50 additional cleaning fee apply.
We provide dedicated driveway and garage parking for up to 6 vehicles. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted, as that area is owned by the Town and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the driveway.

We live right down the street! Please do not hesitate to give us a call or text if you need anything. Otherwise, we like to give our guests their own space to relax and enjoy their stay.
