This penthouse apartment has two terraces, one adjacent to the lounge area and one from its single bedroom, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There's A/C in the lounge and in the kitchen.It is located in the hip neighborhood of Gracia. In this quiet area there are restaurants, bars, shops and groceries.

This fully furnished apartment can accommodate 2 guests. There is one bedroom with a double bed, with roof ventilator and access to one of the two terraces.
The living room has a cozy atmosphere to dine or just relax with the smart TV. Furthermore, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a Nespresso machine. The kitchen includes a washing machine, but there is no dishwasher. It is situated on the fifth floor with a lift, so no problems for your suitcases!
The apartment also offers free WiFi, air conditioning (living room and kitchen), smart TV, beddings, towels, soaps and everything else you need for a pleasant stay in one of the world´s most beautiful beach cities.
