Summary:

This newly updated FIRST FLOOR 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront condo is in a peaceful, family friendly complex and just a few steps to the beach or pool. Centrally located minutes from North Myrtle Main Street, Barefoot Landing, and all of the shops, restaurants, and attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer!



The Space:

Parking: Easy access private parking. 2 parking passes will be left out for you to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Must walk up about 4 steps to get to unit on 1st floor. Self check-in with keypad access code.



Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/counters! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans, keurig, and toaster.



Family room: Smart TV with Cable allows you to access any of your streaming services on the flat screen TV. Sofa is a queen pull-out with a gel foam mattress, which means you can't feel any springs!



A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.



First bedroom: King bed with a Roku enabled Smart TV with cable! Twin bed as well. Beautiful ocean views!



Second Bedroom: 2 queen beds with Cable TV and attached bathroom!



Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool: Shared by all guests in the community, this unheated pool is open from April - September, a great way to get refreshed on a warm SC day! *Dates are approximate and not guaranteed.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Outdoor shower to rinse off sand is located near the pool.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/hand soap provided, but guests will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Shampoo/conditioner/body soap not provided.



Deck Area: Lounge chairs and tables provided for complex use. Grilling area with charcoal grills available!

Getting Around:

Free on-site parking. 2 parking passes will be available and must be displayed on rear view mirror. If not displayed you risk being towed. If towed, guests are responsible for expense.

**There may be nearby construction as our area is constantly growing. They are building a new complex beside this one**



PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Routine Pest Control happens on the 4th Tuesday every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
