This spacious oceanfront unit has 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 fulls in the 3rd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. All mattresses and box springs were replace in early 2023!!! Really enjoyed our short stay at this property! The view was awesome, beaches were beautiful, lazy river was fun! Condo was just what we needed and perfect location. My only complaint were no bubbles in the hot tub… but otherwise I would highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend! Great place with fantastic views from 12th floor and we hope to come back again. Enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers. Only one negative comment, they needed more frequent cleaning. Hot tubs weren’t working last two days. Management staff was very courteous. Thanks for a wonderful week!!!

We spent our long weekend swimming non-stop! This is such a beautiful location, right on the water, quiet, and clean! Quick and great communication with property manager when needed. Wish it would have very basic things like salt, pepper, oil for cooking.. we had to buy everything and then toss or leave everything since we flew. Hope others get use out of it! Also wish it had some beach accessories for our little guy. We've stayed at a different place in Myrtle Beach that did provide some stuff and it made our experience that much better. This time we had to buy toys and then throw away because again, we flew and nothing fit in luggage. Other than that, we were super happy with our stay and would recommend and come back again ourselves!

The property was as advertised. Plenty of space for six adults. Easy access to the beach. Pool area was very clean. Common areas were very well maintained. The unit had a couple of minor issues, management was very responsive. We will definitely rent again in if availability lines up with our plans. We would have mopped the floors had we brought a swifter, will add to list of items to bring. The appliances worked just fine and the dishes and cooking utensils were plentiful. Extra wide balcony was wonderful. Elevators worked great and has stated above were very well maintained. Mattresses in secondary bedroom are probably due for replacement. Just breaking down, not dirty. Definitely recommend this property.

The condo was wonderful! Balcony was great. Not a lot of pots and pans. But the ease of parking and walking out of the elevators....go right you hit outside, go left you hit the pool or go straight across the walkway onto the beach. So very convenient. Go down one block, take a left, you have a mini mart and a stupendous softserve and ice-cream store. Loved it!

The property had gym, pool, hot tub etc and walkable distance to beach with a good view of the ocean.We were disappointed to know that we had to carry the toilet paper, paper towels and dish washer detergent. When you are staying for close to a week and spending money, you would like the supplies to be enough to last rather than expect guests to carry. Also, the utensils were not enough to cook and I found them quite skimpy. This led me to provide less stars.

We were unsure why three of the mattresses were really loud- it was like a crunching, squeaky sound...pretty loud and annoying. We also found that the floor was dirty. The only other thing we suggest is that you tell folks if they need hangers they should bring some. Thanks for the fun time and we will probably utilize your facilities again.

This property/unit was absolutely amazing!! Condo was very clean and well taken care of. Had everything we needed (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). We love Cresent Keyes and have stayed there before. Will definitely be looking to stay in this condo and, at the very least, at Cresent Keyes again!

Pros: Loved the patio furniture. Beds comfy. Condo was clean. Getting an Uber was super easy. Hair dryer in each bathroom (not mentioned in amenity list). Cons: my biggest complaint- day 2 a North Beach Realty rep came to "check the locks". No notice, we just suddenly heard someone locking and unlocking our door. And then at 940a on check out day housekeeping entered. Checkout is 10am. He seemed unaware of the time. A bit unnerving to have men enter the condo WHILE it's being rented on 2 separate occasions in a 5 day stay. No trash bags except one in receptacle, no laundry detergent, one paper towel roll, one toilet paper roll per bathroom- all fine but I suggest adding a warning in the description of condo that these things are needed. Tons of plastic lids but no containers for them. Bedrooms-carpet and bedspreads need updating. Outdoor pools were cold.
