Welcome to a newly remodeled, privately owned condo at historic Rosario Resort—part of “The Residences,” the most upscale lodging on this side of Orcas Island. Our guests enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive new Club Rosario, as well as optional walk-on ferry access via the Anacortes–Rosario passenger-only route, helping you skip the Washington State ferry hassle.

Unlike many units that used to be hotel rooms rented through the resort, this home is independently managed by a longtime owner who visits regularly and keeps rental volume low—favoring trusted guests over high hotel turnover. That means a cleaner, calmer, more refined stay—with extra touches you won’t find in a standard hotel. (This unit is not affiliated with nearby discount-style accommodations. It is privately owned and maintained to the highest standard, offering a quieter, cleaner, and more elevated guest experience.)

The room is truly unique! TWO KING MURPHY BEDS! You can visit as a couple, two friends, two couples, or a family, enjoying one or both of the luxurious king mattresses with sateen bedding and amazing views, and making memories with awesome slumber parties. If you are by yourself or visiting as a couple, you'll have a choice of which section of the room remains a huge 95-inch sofa, and which one becomes a super comfortable king bed. You can't go wrong, as all sections of the studio have views and leave plenty of space to enjoy the unit.

The condo is fully furnished, freshly decorated, and has:

- 55-inch smart TV with streaming, DirectTV and 1,000-disk (!!!) film collection

This is a first-floor unit in a two-level building, and during high tourist season you may be exposed to the noise from upper units or the marina, similarly to all other properties located within Rosario Resort.

*NO pets or service animals allowed. We ourselves are epi-pen allergic to animal dander, and therefore provide extra-clean hypoallergenic accommodations.

GUEST ACCESS
You’ll have full access to your private suite, plus unbeatable proximity to Rosario Resort and Moran State Park. Enjoy brunch or late drinks at the Rosario Marina and walk "home" in five minutes! The main trail to all the lakes, waterfalls, and Mt. Constitution starts quite literally at your doorstep.
