Bedroom 2 – Upper Level: King bed with Smart TV and access to the shared full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

Bedroom 3 – Upper Level: Queen bed with access to the shared full bathroom.

Bedroom 4 – Main Level: Queen bed with convenient access to the main-level full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

Having a bedroom and full bathroom on the main level provides additional flexibility for multigenerational families or guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

The private pool takes center stage, surrounded by a spacious patio with plenty of room to relax in the sun or enjoy an evening outdoors.

The covered patio provides a shaded outdoor dining space overlooking the pool and golf course, making it a perfect setting for morning coffee, lunch by the pool, or dinner outside as the Arizona sun begins to set.


+Pool Details: The private pool is perfect for cooling off after a day of golf, hiking, or exploring Phoenix. Lounge poolside, take a refreshing afternoon swim, or enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunsets from your own backyard retreat.
The pool is heated for $100 per day, with a 3 day minimum required
No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.

No Parties or Events: Please respect the property occupancy and parking limits.


Pet Policy: Dogs are not permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception.
If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

Neighborhood: Located in Phoenix's scenic Ahwatukee Foothills area, Phoenix Shadow Rock combines the peaceful atmosphere of a residential golf-course community with convenient access to some of the Valley's best outdoor recreation, dining, shopping, and entertainment. South Mountain Park and Preserve is nearby, offering miles of hiking and biking trails with incredible desert and city views.

Guests can enjoy nearby golf courses, explore local Ahwatukee restaurants and shops, or easily venture into Downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, and Scottsdale. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is also within convenient driving distance, making this an excellent home base for an Arizona vacation.
