What are the check-in and check-out times?
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

How do we access the property?
• Our home features a smart, keyless entry system. You will receive a unique door code prior to arrival for seamless, self-guided check-in. The code updates automatically for each guest reservation to ensure maximum security.

What are the community clubhouse and pool hours?
• Clubhouse Access: Open daily from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Heated Amenities: The neighborhood pool and spa are seasonally heated from October through May.

Are pets allowed?
• Service Animals: Permitted in accordance with local guidelines (service animals may not be left unattended on the property at any time).
• Please note: No pets other than approved service animals are allowed.

What is the smoking policy?
• Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors and near open doors/windows.
• Outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated yard areas with proper butt disposal. Violations are subject to specialized cleaning fees and potential deposit forfeitures.

COMMUNITY & MUNICIPAL RULES (Signature at PGA West / City of La Quinta):
1. Quiet Hours: Strict outdoor quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM in compliance with local city ordinances.
2. Overnight Street Parking: A maximum of two vehicles may park on the street overnight (between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM). Additional parking is available in the driveway and garage.
3. Restricted Vehicles: Commercial trucks, trailers, RVs, campers, boats, or inoperable vehicles are prohibited within the community gates.


PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & DESERT ENVIRONMENT:
• Routine Maintenance: To keep the property in top condition, our professional pool care and landscaping teams conduct brief, routine service visits during the week.
• Desert Wildlife: Our home receives regular pest control treatments; however, given the natural desert environment, harmless desert insects (such as crickets) may occasionally be seen outdoors during warm summer evenings.

SAFETY & MONITORING DEVICES:
• Exterior Security Cameras: For guest safety and property security, outdoor security cameras are located facing the front entryway and garage exterior. (There are no cameras monitoring private indoor or outdoor guest areas.)
• The swimming pool does not have a cover, so please be cautious if you bring children. Swim at your own risk.
