This luxury 4BR/3BA retreat with luxury mattresses features a hot tub, outdoor TV and dining, direct access to hiking/biking/riding, plus 5 covered horse stalls, turnout and trailer parking. Tonto National Forest is just down the road.
Spend mornings exploring the desert right from the house and evenings dining al fresco under the stars. You’ll hear the occasional horses calling from neighboring ranches—a reminder that you’re tucked into one of North Scottsdale’s special equestrian communities.
Equestrian amenities include 5 stall mare motel and a turnout area for guest horses. Horse accommodations are self-care; guests provide all feed and are responsible for the daily care and cleanup of their horses. A separate equestrian gate for easy access is at the side/rear of the property
Additional trails are about 5 minutes away, while fine dining, groceries and everyday conveniences are approximately 15 minutes away.
