Summary:
Experience island time with us. Located in the Bridgeport Condominiums, "Seaside Escape" is centrally located on Anna Maria Island. Close to the shops, restaurants, bars, and just steps away from the Gulf! Enjoy the beach views and experience the stunning sunset views on our balcony overlooking the Gulf! Enjoy the community pool located in the back of the property. The master bedroom has views of the Gulf while having a private bathroom. The guestroom has 2 single beds. Guests have the option to move both beds together if they choose. Kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Living room has couches and dining area with a flat screen tv. Please note: Guests could hear traffic and construction at times while staying on the property. We allow small dogs; a $50 pet fee will be charged.

Guests will receive a 4 digit code to access the property.
Guest Access:
Guests will have a designated parking spot plus 1 extra guest non-numbers spot. Please be careful parking under the building. There are pillars to watch out for. We are not responsible for any damages that may be caused.
The Neighborhood:
Bridgeport Condominiums is a quiet place. Please be respectful to owners and fellow guests. Quiet time per Bradenton Beach is 10p to 7a. Please no loud music or yelling when parking or on the community pool area.
Getting Around:
Multiple ways to get around the island. Seaside Escape is centrally located to anywhere you need to go on the island. County has free MCAT buses that run until the evening. Evenings you have the Monkey Bus that takes guests around the bars on the island. Fee is usually $5 a person each way. The best way to get around is renting a golf cart. We have a special offer for guests of ours. Zoom Around Golf Carts gives $35 off our guest's reservations by using the promo code Feelinsalty. Please contact Steven, the host for more information. Zoom Around golf carts can be reserved ahead of time and dropped off for your check-in day and picked up when you're checking out. Please let them know to drop off the cart in a non-numbered parking spot.

Guests can use the washer and dryer. Please make sure to take out all items.

Guests will be given a welcome message containing address and unit. Parking spot location and door entry code.
