Located in the peaceful Summerland Key Cove neighborhood, the property sits along a wide canal with a 60-foot seawall, excellent water access and plenty of room for boat and trailer parking.
But the real showstopper may be waiting just outside.
YOUR PRIVATE TROPICAL BACKYARD
Step into the backyard and you'll quickly understand where Caribbean Tiki Retreat got its name. Tropical palms surround a beautiful pool with a built-in bench seat, while the canal beyond creates the perfect backdrop for lazy afternoons and long island evenings.
The expansive outdoor living area was made for entertaining. At the heart of it all is an impressive outdoor kitchen beneath a lighted tiki-style thatched roof, complete with distinctive tiki-face columns that give the space a fun, unmistakably tropical personality.
The outdoor kitchen features a gas grill, smoker, wine chiller, mini refrigerator, cocktail station and a bar with seating for four. There's even a TV and speakers built into the island, so you can keep the game, music or your favorite show going while everyone enjoys the outdoors.
After dinner, settle into one of the rocking chairs or gliders overlooking the canal, relax in the hammock beside the water, or take a refreshing outdoor shower beneath a coconut-shaped showerhead.
When the sun goes down, the tiki lights come on and the backyard takes on an entirely different atmosphere—perfect for cocktails, conversation and enjoying the warm island nights.
A BOATER'S DREAM
For boating and fishing enthusiasts, Caribbean Tiki Retreat offers an exceptional waterfront setup.
The property features approximately 60 feet of seawall with 5 feet of water-control depth, with enough space to accommodate a boat up to approximately 48 feet, or two boats whose combined length does not exceed 48 feet.
From the canal, you'll enjoy direct access toward the open Atlantic with no bridge restrictions blocking your route to the ocean. The wide canal makes getting on and off the water convenient, while the property's generous parking area provides plenty of room for your boat trailer.
Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the dedicated fish-cleaning station, a 400-pound-per-day commercial ice machine, and a chest freezer for storing your catch.
There's also a water-level pad along the seawall that makes launching kayaks and paddleboards easy, along with aluminum seawall stairs for convenient access in and out of the water.
