This charming private estate in Sa Pobla is the ideal place to enjoy a peaceful vacation in Mallorca surrounded by nature. With capacity for 4 people, it stands out for its spacious outdoor areas, its large private pool and its pleasant views of the countryside and mountains, creating a perfect setting to disconnect and enjoy the rural essence of the island.
The exterior is one of the great attractions of the estate. The spacious private pool is accompanied by a sun lounger and umbrella area where you can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. It also has a pleasant chill-out area, ideal for resting outdoors after a day exploring Mallorca. Next to the entrance of the house is a terrace with a porch, equipped with a table and barbecue, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying pleasant evenings outdoors.
Upon entering the house we find a comfortable living room with air conditioning and a dining area with a table for 4 people. Next is the kitchen, fully equipped to comfortably prepare meals during your stay.
From the living room you access the sleeping area, distributed in two bedrooms. On the left is the first bedroom, equipped with two single beds and air conditioning. On the right is the master bedroom, which has a double bed and air conditioning. Between both rooms is a full bathroom with shower.
The estate is located in Sa Pobla, in a rural setting surrounded by nature, tranquility and beautiful views of the countryside and mountains. Its location allows you to enjoy the most authentic Mallorca and, at the same time, comfortably discover different places of interest on the island.
