A striking open staircase leads up to the mezzanine, which overlooks the living area below and holds the second double bed, along with a spacious walk-in closet for luggage and clothing, and its own dedicated bathroom for extra privacy upstairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and the apartment includes both a washing machine and a dryer, making it a great fit for longer stays too.

The apartment sits in Benicalap, a largely residential district just north of Valencia's city centre, bordering the Ciutat Fallera area. It's a genuinely local part of the city — quieter and more low-key than the tourist center, with everyday bakeries, bars, and small shops nearby. A short walk brings you to Parque de Benicalap, one of the city's largest green spaces, with gardens, an outdoor pool, sports areas, and a play zone for kids. The neighbourhood is also known for its ties to the Fallas festival, home to several fallera workshops and the Museo del Artista Fallero for those curious about the tradition.

The apartment is well connected by public transport. The nearest metro station, Florista (Lines 1, 2 and 4), is about a 9-minute walk away, and several bus lines (12, 28, 64, and L135B) stop within a few minutes on foot. This makes it easy to reach both Valencia's historic centre and the beach areas without needing a car.

You will be asked to verify your identity before checking in.

Please note: the apartment is on the ground floor with direct access from the street.

We provide basic amenities for your first stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you require additional cleaning or linens, please let us know; we will gladly provide them for an extra charge.


Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.


There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
