A spacious apartment, perfect for up to 3 people

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and were very impressed overall. The location was excellent, with a tram stop just one minute from the building, making it easy to get around and explore the city. There was also a supermarket just on the corner offering everything you might need, as well as several cafés and small eateries in the surrounding area. We were also very happy with the facilities – the room was spacious, beautifully arranged, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated having the option to cook and being able to use the washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. A special thank you goes to the owner, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful – truly an amazing host who made us feel at home from the very beginning. Travel tip: Tram line 4 provides a direct, no-transfer connection to the beach in about 20 minutes. Public transport in Valencia is, by the way, very well organized and affordable. Use it!

Occasionally, some noise from the street could be heard (the room is located on the ground floor right next to the sidewalk), but we were so tired after exploring the city that we slept without any problems. Nothing significant that would spoil our stay.

Nice option for quick stays.

Modern and clean studio with fully equipped kitchen. Features a bed and a sofa. AC works both for cooling and heating. Smart TV with streaming platforms. Nice lighting modes and bathroom. Some groceries nearby.

The entrance to the apartment is right from the street with no safe box provided. A bit far away from the city center: Walking there takes about 25 mins, with the nearest metro station about 15 mins away. A tram station is nearby, though.

Very nice stay!

The apartment was the perfect size for a 3-night stay. We really loved the kitchenette as we were able to save some money and cook. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Overall, great experience.

The only thing I didn't love was the location, because it isn't super close to the center or beach, but it was easy to get to both of those locations using public transportation.

Good value for money

The apartment has what needed to stay comfortable for a couple of days, well equipped kitchen, heat and comfortable bed. Right in front of the place, you can find a big supermarket, buses and tram.

Maybe some hands towels. The were nothing to dry your hands not in the bathroom nor in in the kitchen. Also,, it. would be good to have extra blankets, even if it’s a small one for the sofa (if you’d like to chill there, the only blanket is the one you sleep on the bed)

Apartman je čist , kuhinja je lepo snabdevena aparatima,lagan pristup apartmanu.Dobra je komunikacija saobraćaja ,blizu je market.

Ulaz je sa ulice i zbog toga se ne može otvoriti prozor..Nedostaje svežeg vazduha ,a i velika je buka od saobraćaja. Mislim da je zbog svega toga malo jača cena.
