The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests. Large windows fill the space with natural light throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay — hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and washer-dryer.

Separate from the open-plan living area, the apartment has its own independent bedroom — a private, closed-off room with a comfortable queen-size bed, blackout curtains, and ample storage. Right across the hall, guests also have access to a separate private bathroom.

High ceilings, polished concrete floors, and designer lighting give the apartment a stylish, modern feel throughout.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment (53 m²), including the living/kitchen area, bedroom, and bathroom. Check-in is fully self-service via a smart lock — no physical keys or in-person meeting needed. Full instructions with your door code will be sent before arrival, so you can come and go whenever suits you.

Located in Benicalap, a quiet, authentic residential area of Valencia away from the tourist crowds but still well-connected to the city centre. You'll find supermarkets, local bakeries, cafés, and everyday shops within a short walk, along with green spaces nearby. It's an ideal base for guests who want a genuine, local feel while staying close to everything Valencia has to offer.

🚌 Bus: Equador - Salvador Tuset and Equador - Pintor Matarana stops are just 2 minutes' walk away (lines 12, 28, 64), with easy connections toward the city centre.
🚇 Metro/Tram: Benicalap station is about 8 minutes on foot; Beniferri (a major interchange with lines 1, 3, 5, 9) is around 11 minutes, connecting directly to the airport and Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències.
🚗 Parking: No dedicated parking, but paid public parking is available nearby at Parking Parkia, Av. de Pius XII, 2 (approx. 5 min by car).

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

Early check-in is available subject to accommodation availability and prior confirmation. An additional cost may apply.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Out of respect for coexistence, behaviours that disturb public order, create noise, or affect cleanliness are prohibited. It is also prohibited to remove any furnishings, chairs or household items from the property. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.

No pets are allowed.
