About this apartment rental
Brand-new, ground-floor 1BR in the heart of Manhattan, KS, just steps from City Park and a short walk to Aggieville and downtown. Sleep well on a king bed set into a custom built in cabinet wall. The open living space features a plush sofa, plum velvet curtains, and a street-level window with city views. The kitchen is outfitted with an electric range and clean modern finishes. A stylish, comfortable home base for couples or solo business travelers visiting Manhattan.
We are available by the Airbnb messaging app and able to respond quickly should you need anything at all throughout your stay.
While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.
No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.
Please lock the sliding door when you leave the condo.
No smoking/vaping/420 inside the unit or on the patio where it would disturb other tenants.
Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $50 for every half hour they have not checked out.
No Glitter, Confetti, Silly String or similar items used in house or on property.
Please only flush toilet paper; all other items—including `flushable` wipes, paper towels, and feminine products—must go in the trash. Other items flushed that result in requiring a plumber will be billed to the guest.
