Step into an Historic Phoenix home with a little more personality than your typical matching-furniture Airbnb. We’re adding vintage trinkets and unique touches as we go, building a cozy boutique vibe one “where did you find that?” at a time.

You’re just 9 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes from Chase Field, and 11 minutes from downtown Phoenix.

Welcome to our historic Phoenix home! We want you to relax and enjoy the property. Because this is an older home with original features, we kindly ask that you follow these simple rules:

1. Maximum of Three Vehicles

Two vehicles may park in the driveway, and one may park on the street directly in front of the property. Please do not block the sidewalk, neighboring driveways, or mailboxes.

2. No Smoking or Vaping Inside

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. If needed, please stay at least 15 feet away from the house and properly dispose of all smoking materials.

3. Visitors

Visitors are welcome! I just ask that you send me a quick message beforehand so I know who will be at the property. Any overnight guests must be included on the reservation or approved in advance. Parties and events are not permitted.

4. Quiet Hours

Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise low, especially between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No outdoor speakers or loud gatherings during quiet hours.

5. Please Be Kind to the Plumbing

This is a historic home with older plumbing. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Please place wipes, feminine products, paper towels, and other items in the trash—even if they are labeled “flushable.”

6. Laundry Detergent

A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Because guests have different preferences, allergies, and sensitivities, please bring your preferred laundry detergent.

7. AC Use

Please keep the thermostat at or above 72°F during the summer. If you’re not comfortable, send me a message so we can adjust it accordingly and keep everything running smoothly throughout your stay.

8. Antiques and Decorations

Many items throughout the home are antiques or decorative pieces that add to its vintage character. Please enjoy them without moving, damaging, or removing them from the property.

9. No Open Flames

For everyone’s safety, candles, incense, and other open flames are not permitted inside the home.

**10. Take Care of the Home**

Please lock the doors and windows whenever you leave. Do not disconnect or tamper with smoke detectors, exterior security cameras, internet equipment, or other safety devices.

Accidents can happen. If anything is damaged, stops working, or needs attention, please let me know immediately so I can help.
