The dining table seats 8 guests, with seating for another 4 at the kitchen island, keeping everyone connected whether you're cooking breakfast before a tee time or gathering for dinner after a day in Scottsdale.



The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, cookware, dishes and flatware, along with a **Keurig coffee maker** and starter coffee supply.

The garage has been transformed into a dedicated entertainment space loaded with options for all ages:

The backyard is where Luna Lunera truly comes to life.



At its center is a large private swimming pool, which can be heated upon request for $75 per night. Surrounding it are multiple seating and lounge areas designed for long Scottsdale afternoons and evenings outdoors.



Challenge the group on the putting green or bocce ball court, fire up dinner at the built-in grill and wet bar, or settle beneath the custom pergola as the desert sun goes down. Later, gather around the outdoor fire pit and enjoy another evening under the Arizona sky.

Whether Scottsdale means golf with friends, afternoons by the pool, great food, nightlife or simply reconnecting with your favorite people, Luna Lunera gives you the space and amenities to do it all.

Other Things to Note:

Pool heat is available during cooler months for $75/night or $400/week.



Guests must sign a pool safety waiver prior to check-in.



We enforce a strict ZERO-TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. Scottsdale noise regulations are taken seriously, and violations may result in fines or removal from the property.



This is a non-smoking home. Smoking inside will result in a $250 fee.



For safety and occupancy compliance, the property has a Ring doorbell camera and may also use a Minut noise monitor. Minut measures decibel levels only and does not record conversations or audio.



Pets are not typically permitted, but exceptions may be considered upon request. Approved or unauthorized pets are subject to a $175 non-refundable pet fee.



Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $75 housekeeping rescheduling fee. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance.
