Downstairs (where you will enter the house)-

Bedroom 1: Step into comfort in the downstairs master bedroom, featuring a plush king-size bed dressed in soft, luxurious Pendleton blankets. The outdoorsy wall décor creates a cozy retreat that perfectly matches the mountain vibes. This room also offers direct access to an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is conveniently accessible from the lounge area as well.

Lounge area: As you enter the home, you’ll be greeted by a small lounge area that has a couch, futon, and large Smart TV for entertainment. This space is perfect for young adults to hang out, or for additional sleeping spaces as the futon folds down into a bed and the couch can pull out a queen size bed. Extra bedding is available for these additional spaces if needed.


Upstairs-

Living Room: Relax in the inviting living room, featuring a luxurious leather sectional and two swivel chairs that make conversation with larger groups a breeze. A warm and cozy atmosphere is enhanced by the gas fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings or unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. Whether you're enjoying a movie on the Smart TV or sharing stories with loved ones, this space is designed for both comfort and connection.

Kitchen: The stunning kitchen is both stylish and functional, fully stocked with everything guests need for a comfortable stay. From gourmet meal prep to quick breakfasts, the appliances and ample storage ensure convenience. Four bar stools at the breakfast bar create a casual spot for morning coffee or chatting with family and friends.

Dining: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts a beautiful wooden table that seats up to six. With its warm and welcoming feel, this space is perfect for family meals, game nights, or planning your next outdoor adventure.

Bedrooms 2 and 3: Upstairs, you’ll find two queen bedrooms that showcase a unique design that feels fresh and inviting. The carefully chosen décor adds a touch of charm while maintaining a cohesive flow with the rest of the home. New, comfortable bedding ensures a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring.

Bedroom 4: This spacious upstairs master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, featuring a king-size bed with luxurious Pendleton blankets and a calming, nature-inspired aesthetic. It boasts an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing a private space for ultimate relaxation. The room’s unique design combines comfort and style, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure.

Outdoor: The spacious deck at Timber Luxe Lodge is an ideal setting for outdoor relaxation. It features a dining table with chairs, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air, along with a BBQ for grilling. The cozy seating area includes a couch and two chairs surrounding a gas firepit, creating an inviting space to unwind under the stars. Whether you're dining al fresco or enjoying a peaceful evening by the fire, the deck offers a comfortable and scenic outdoor retreat.

Proceed east on Highway 168 until you arrive in the town of Shaver Lake. Turn left onto Toyon Lane, located just past Shaver Coffee & Deli and before The Trading Post. When the road divides, continue straight on Toyon Ln. The house will be located on the left-hand side

Parking: 3-4 vehicles can comfortably park at this property. Boat parking is also available, but only with experience pulling a trailer. The roads are narrow and you will have to turn around with a trailer to get out.

Access: A smartlock is on the front door to ensure a smooth and easy check-in process. Guests will receive access codes and other check-in information prior to their arrival.

Extra beds: The lounge area has a futon that folds down into a bed and a couch that has a bed that pulls out. Guests are welcome to use both of these for additional sleeping spaces. We provide extra bedding in the house if these are needed, but please note that you will have to make these beds on your own in order to use them.

AC: This home does NOT provide air conditioning. However, fans are provided to keep air circulating during hotter days.

Heating: This house provides central heating as well as a gas fireplace in the living room. Please understand that heat rises, so upstairs will always stay warmer than downstairs.

Trash: If guests are staying at the property on Sunday nights, please note that our handyman will stop by the property early Monday morning to roll the trash cans down to the street.
