Telluride Lodge 337 + 338 is two adjoining three-level condos combined into one six-bedroom, five-bath retreat on the west end of downtown Telluride. An interior connecting door between the units unlocks so guests move freely between both sides without going out into the hallway — the privacy of two homes with the togetherness of one. Clark's Market is next door, the base of Lift 7 (Coonskin) is a short walk away, and the San Miguel River Trail, the Michael D. Palm Theatre, and Main Street dining are all walkable.

With two living rooms, two kitchens, two washer/dryers, and 16 beds across six bedrooms, it handles multi-family ski trips, festival groups, and reunions without anyone sleeping on a sofa.

To save processing fees, you may pay by Venmo, wire transfer, or check — contact us for details. Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) are also accepted; a 5% processing fee will be applied.
Deposit and cancellation
• 40% deposit required at booking
• Balance due 61 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations made more than 31 days before arrival: full refund
• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: 50% refund
• No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival
• All times based on the property's local time

• Lift 7 is operated by Telluride Ski Resort. Opening dates, daily operation, and closures are determined by snow conditions and resort operations, and Lift 7 is often one of the later lifts to open in early season. When Lift 7 is not running, the free Galloping Goose shuttle stops nearby and connects to the gondola for mountain access. We recommend checking the resort's current lift status when planning your trip.
