Centrally located, shopping, dining, and beaches are nearby, or enjoy any of the 3 on-site pools (available based on season and maintenance schedule), the tennis court, or outside grilling. Easy access from Hwy 98, this condo offers a gated entrance and access to the back roads of Destin.
This modern-style condo offers gulf views from the living room window. Centrally located in Destin, public beach access is available about 3/4 of a mile away or at Henderson Beach State Park (about 1.5 miles away).
This unit is a short walk to local restaurants and nearby dining, shopping, and other fun area activities.
The key-coded door opens up to the open and modern-style living room. There is plenty of seating and a large smart-screen TV on the wall. Feel free to log into any of your favorite streaming platforms.
WIFI is available. Information will be sent on check-in.
The kitchen has been stocked with all the appliances, dishes, bakeware, silverware, and pots & pans you will need for your time at this unit. The flattop stove in the breakfast bar has modern-style bar stools.
In the bedroom, you find the king bed with luxurious linens, a dresser, a closet, and another Smart TV.
There is also a queen-size air mattress available for additional sleeping accommodations.
The bathroom is well-lit with a shower-tub combo. Stocked with towels and basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, and a toilet paper roll). The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen area and the bedroom.

While this unit has a Gulf View, it is not close to the beach. There is no private access to the beach at this location. You will need to walk some distance or drive to the nearest public access (near the Back Porch restaurant or Henderson Beach State Park).
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or outside on the stairwell landing.

The condo is on the second floor, accessible by stairs (no elevator). Parking is through the gated access and is in front of the building.
There are 3 pools (available based on season and maintenance schedule) that you will have access to from early morning until 10 pm. You will have access to the lake in the community, the tennis court, and the community BBQ Grills.
No Trailer/Box Truck/RV or Boat parking is allowed at the complex. Any violation and the HOA may have these vehicles towed at the owner's cost.
