A recently remodeled, stylish 1 bedroom/1 bath condo in the heart of Destin. This condo is centrally located to shopping, dining, fun area activities, night life, and the beaches are nearby.
The complex offers a 2 private gated entrance, 3 on site pools (available based on season and maintenance schedule), a tennis court and outside grilling. One entrance allows access to the back road of Destin.
The key coded door opens up to an open style, elegant living room. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with new appliances, full stocked dishware, and plenty of seating at the breakfast bar.
For sleeping, there is a king sized bed and TV for your enjoyment. You will also find a sleeper sofa, a queen air mattress and a murphy bed to cover sleeping arrangements.
WIFI is available. Information will be sent on check-in.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, and basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, a roll of toilet paper). The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen area and the bedroom.
While this complex is literally across the street from the condos on the beach, it is not close to the public beach access. There is not private access to the beach at this location. You will need to walk some distance or drive to the nearest public access (near the Back Porch restaurant or Henderson Beach State Park).
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or outside on the stairwell landing.
There are 3 pools (available based on season and maintenance schedule) that you will have access to from early morning until 10pm.
You will have access to the lake on the community, the tennis court and to community BBQ Grills.
No Trailer/Box Truck/RV or Boat parking is allowed at the complex. Any violation and the HOA may have these vehicles towed at owner's cost.
