Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Condo! New remodel, two bedroom condo located in a gated community with three swimming pools, tennis courts and a lake where you can enjoy fishing and feeding the turtles! Gulf Terrace is in the heart of Destin close to shopping, dining, waterparks and nightlife. * NOT OCEANFRONT* Although this location may not be the perfect fit for everyone, I do strive to give each guest the best experience that I possibly can for their stay.
Gulf Terrace is in a gated community. Gate access codes will be given before guest arrival.
Guests will use the keyless entry pad to enter. Keyless entry code will be given to guests before arrival.
Located within Gulf Terrace there are 3 community pools, a tennis court, outdoor barbeque with picnic tables, and a lake with turtle feeding stations all available for guests.
Other things to note
Check-out is strictly at 10am or subject to late charge.
This is a mixed community with residential & short term guests alike. While the gated community itself is a "community in transition" with updates to the exterior being improved steadily, we do not have control over any "look" of the exterior of our condo. We have gone above & beyond to create a cozy and comfortable space INSIDE for our guests enjoyment!
All guests MUST read our listing description in full before booking. This home is not a good fit for everyone, so we want to ensure you have a great stay.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! If we find a pet during or after your stay, we will charge a fee of $300.
