The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the essentials. You’ll also find a spacious bathroom with both shower and soaking tub. Located on the third floor, the unit is walk-up only since there’s no elevator.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.
Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.
If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
