The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Sleeps up to 4 guests. 2 bedroom with 2 doubles beds and 1 king . 1 full bathroom, kitchen and living room with a dining table. Sofa bed in the living room.



You will have full access to this apartment along with the washer and dryer on the second floor! Guests only need to bring their own laundry detergent.



-We provide 1 parking pass for 1 car to park in the parking lot across the street from our apartment.

-Summer season in Newport: Pay by plate parking and/or Paid public parking lots.

-Winter season in Newport: Free Parking (street and public parking). From Nov 1 to April 30.

The neighborhood is friendly but not so quiet since the apartment is located downtown. During the summer the streets tend to be noisier. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, cafes, shops, pubs, arcade for kids, and much more. Walking distance to everything downtown. We are only 10 minutes away driving from most mansions, the famous Cliff Walk and Easton's Beach.



In addition to being walking distance to everything, our apartment is right across the street from the parking spot we have reserved for our guests. You won't need your car most of the time, if not all the time.



It's centrally located! Parking right across the street and walking distance to every single shop and restaurant in town.

Easton's Beach, located on Memorial Boulevard at the start of the Cliff Walk, is a 3/4 mile long surf beach with a board walk.



Come relax and play in our beautiful white sand ocean beach- surf the waves, ride our beautiful 1950's carousel, visit Save the Bay Exploration Center and Aquarium, or get married in a gorgeous beach front ceremony and celebrate in our newly refurbished ballroom.



Rosie's Beach Store carries daily rentals of beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas during the peak summer season. They also carry some of those items you may have forgotten....sunscreen, towels, buckets and pails!



Seasonal public facilities include restrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, shade pavilion, playground, skate park, picnic and grill area, bike racks, first aid, carousel, an elevator and beach wheel chairs for persons with disabilities, snack bar and 2 public parking lots.
