On the 2nd floor of a small Old town building 10 metres from the 'Porte Fausse' the apartment offers views onto the picturesque 'rue de la boucherie' on one side and the new town, Place Massena, and the hills on the other. Only 2 minutes from the 'Cours Saleya' market and the beach.

Kitchen was well stocked and we loved the 2 balconies to watch the street and the park below!Great location in old towns

Great things: Location, Clean, well stocked, robes, slippers, balconies, ac worked great just turn fan on high. The owner was kind and met us at the unit and helped with luggage. Not so great: unit was much smaller than we envisioned, especially bedroom, barely enough room to walk. The balcony was also very small. The stairs were much more difficult than we had envisioned. We are in our late 60's so may not be an issue for all. Over the weekend a lot of noise into the late evening ours.The listing says the beach is 50 m away, i think there was a typo as it is probably more like 500m. Instructions for the dryer are not included
