This cozy, detached 2-bedroom vacation home offers approximately 44 m² of living space for up to four people and is an ideal retreat for anyone seeking peace, nature, and privacy. Particularly lovely is the exceptionally quiet and secluded location on the edge of the vacation complex—with absolutely no car traffic right by the house. Right next door is a large meadow with an unobstructed view of the countryside and a wooded area. From here, you have direct access to the area’s scenic hiking trails, as well as to a sledding hill and cross-country ski trails in winter. The vacation home features a separate bedroom with a double bed. Two additional sleeping spots are located in a cozy sleeping loft, accessible via a ladder and suitable for children ages 5 and up. The bright living area features modern vinyl flooring and is perfect for relaxing. A separate dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals and cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen area offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering. Amenities include a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, and toaster. A flat-screen cable TV and a DVD player provide entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and features a window. A separate storage room offers additional space for luggage and vacation essentials. For families with small children, a travel crib and a high chair are provided.
