This cozy vacation home features well-thought-out, low-maintenance amenities and a beautiful south-facing terrace with sweeping views of the countryside—ideal for couples and small families looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a pleasant atmosphere. The floors in the living area, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom are tiled. The bedroom features easy-to-maintain PVC flooring. In the cozy living room, a comfortable seating area invites you to relax. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with HDTV, a DVD player, and a radio and CD player. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped. Amenities include a microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, electric kettle, egg cooker, and toaster. The separate bedroom features roller shutters and a window with a screen. A second TV and a safe round out the amenities. Hotel-quality pillows and comforters ensure extra comfort while sleeping. A special highlight for children is the cozy sleeping nook under the gabled roof. It’s accessible from the hallway via a pull-out ladder and offers two additional sleeping spots—a small private retreat for children ages 5 and up and teenagers.
