Enjoy your stay in a comfortably furnished 3-bedroom vacation home in a particularly beautiful location on the top row of the vacation village. With approximately 48 m² of living space, the house can accommodate up to four people. If you use the additional sleeping loft under the roof, it can accommodate up to five people. The vacation home is fully furnished and features extensive amenities, solid wood furniture, and a pleasant, cozy atmosphere. A modern gas boiler provides cozy warmth via the central heating system, even on cooler days. In the living area, you’ll find a high-quality and comfortable seating set from Himolla. A floor lamp and reading lamp add to the cozy ambiance. Entertainment is provided by an LCD TV with cable, a compact stereo system, and a PlayStation 3, which can also be used to play DVDs and Blu-rays. A bookcase and glassware cabinet round out the furnishings. The living area features easy-to-maintain laminate flooring. The first bedroom has a spacious double bed with a sleeping surface measuring 180 x 200 cm. The window can be darkened with a roller shade. The second bedroom features a single bed measuring 90 x 200 cm and a spacious loft bed with a sleeping surface of 115 x 230 cm. Here, too, a roller shade provides pleasant darkness. This bedroom also features an additional LCD TV with cable connection. For an extra sleeping spot, there is a sleeping loft with a single bed under the roof, accessible via a ladder. This serves as an additional sleeping area and lends the vacation home a special charm, especially for children. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, and a microwave. In addition, a coffee maker, electric kettle, mixer, toaster, egg cooker, and other practical kitchen gadgets are provided. The cozy dining area is integrated directly into the kitchen.
