This detached 3-bedroom vacation home on two levels offers approximately 65 m² of living space for up to four people and impresses with its sunny south-facing location, plenty of privacy, and a magnificent view of the Black Forest. On a clear day, the panorama even extends as far as the Alps. Even the sheltered entrance area provides additional comfort: side windows and a canopy reliably protect against wind and weather. A special highlight is the spacious terrace, which is hidden from view from the street. Equipped with patio furniture, a parasol, and a charcoal grill, it invites you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. Enjoy your breakfast here in the sun, a cozy evening barbecue, or simply the sweeping view of the countryside. On the upper level are the entryway with a hallway and coat closet, the modern and well-equipped bathroom with a shower and toilet, and the two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed and a 43-inch TV; the second bedroom has two single beds and a 32-inch TV. Roller shutters in both bedrooms allow you to darken the rooms comfortably. On the lower level, you’ll find the cozy living area with a separate dining nook. A 43-inch smart TV and a Blu-ray player provide entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the vacation home.
