It was really nice, clean, comfortable with friendly staff! We could actually park our car in the street for free, which was super convenient. There was a supermarket and bakery downstairs of the hotel which we also enjoyed, since the location is far away from the city center, it provided us some options.
The location sadly. It was right next to the s bahn station, which is great, but that s bahn was a bit rare. So if you miss it, then you have to go by bus, which takes way longer. Other than this, nothing! ☺️

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work very well. It was quite hot.

We have stayed at this accommodation four times while passing through Munich. Everything has always been excellent—the staff is friendly and helpful, especially during our last visit—all our compliments to them, cleanliness—excellent. You can park your car in the underground parking lot, which is convenient.
The room equipment needs updating.

it was value for money, it was a small room but, i didnt expect more for the price i paid. room was clean, nice, warm, and cozy, with a small kettle and couple of choices of tea. there was socks given for inside use. the room was quiet and didnt have much impact from the nearby S-bahn station. another great thing was, you could plan your trip likewise because of the nearby station. it was at a distance from central city so, it was quiet and safe. it was a place, where you could come and rest in peace when you are tired from your day around the city. Also café and mart was in the same building and very cheap also, so food was not a problem. hotel had microwave in the reception if you want to warm up your food
However, the absolutely best thing was the free beer for avoiding room service everyday. so, if you are not a messy person, you can enjoy a beer in solace at the end of the day or whenever you like. we had a couple room, and we were not messy, we got two beers everyday. I LOVED THAT.
Overall, it is a budget friendly hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
