It was quite central and we had a nice view from our room
The communal bathroom wasn’t very clean. I saw a dying cockroach there and it was laying there overnight. I removed it the next day. The room is quite small

Location is great. And the view of the river from my room was great. Honestly the room had everything you need in a basic room. No a/c but the fan was ok.
Of course the place could use an upgrade, but it was good enough and clean.
Like other people have said, the toilet does smell bad but you just keep the lid down and it reduces the sewage smell.
And also like other people said, there is no elevator, so your legs get a workout when you’re coming and going a lot throughout the day, but it’s a really old building so you wouldn’t expect an elevator anyways.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the room after reading so many bad reviews.

Localização muito boa, perto da estação Santos do trem.
O chuveiro estava solto, quando cheguei não tinha ninguém do staff lá para me atender, achei meio confuso o check-in.
