I mistakenly canceled my reservation. When I went to re-book, the room was almost twice as expensive.

Loved the waterfront location and your patio bar. All staff from housekeeping to front desk were polite, friendly and helpful - a big plus.
Perhaps entertainment on the patio - not loud - just laid back guitar???

The location was perfect. We were able to see Kingston at our own pace and book outings easily. The breakfast was ok, hot and replenished when needed. A thank you to Cheryl who served us!!
We couldn't change our room to lakeview because we booked with a third party so that was a negative for us. You need to look into being able to make a change as their website showed a picture of the lake and didn't identify the view! It would have been nice to have a box of tissues and small writing pad. These are the norms when we've travelled. The balcony as dirty so we didn't sit there much, despite the rain it was was a bonus for us.

When I booked through Booking.com, my receipt stated that breakfast was included in the $421.21 cost for one night. When breakfast came, front desk said it was not included. Luckily I keep everything and they agreed to cover breakfast after I showed them this statement on my booking receipt.
No one mentioned (until check-in) that parking was an additional $30.00 per night! I was already paying $421. for one night. That's a lot, already. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and front desk (young lady was not overly friendly) told me to come back in an hour. Our shower door wouldn't stay closed, kept opening, causing water to leak onto the floor if not constantly holding it shut.
