Very accommodating staff! They sent a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room when they learned we were there to celebrate our anniversary. They also allowed us early check-in, signed me up for the rewards program, and saved us money on parking. Just a great time on the waterfront, and everything is within walking distance. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful location we picked for a day trip during a period of illness.
Check in was 3pm but room not available until 3:45pm. We had been counting on the check in time to be able to rest before a scheduled cruise, as a member of our party was seriously ill. Because we picked pet free, a room was not ready for us and we had to wait almost an hour past check in time. Outrageous.
We had sent a request at 11am asking for early check in and arrived at 2:30pm in case it was ready early. It’s not a problem that a room was not ready ahead of time, but making us wait because we have pet allergies and want a pet free room is incredibly poor service. I have never heard of no rooms available at check in for those with a prepaid booking.
