The front desk staff including France, an Iranian guy and another Turkish guy.
The pool time, it could have been extended to 12 am not 10 pm.

I liked the warm welcome from the front desk and staff, it was so genuine and professional. The scenery from my room was spectacular, it had a beautiful view of the narrows.
I would have liked the club breakfast to be served a little later, a 9:30 cut off is too early for some vacationers.

Good location. On-site restaurant was good. Clean rooms.
Bathroom was tiny with nowhere to hang towels, no hairdryer or robes. Shower curtain was too long and falling off hooks. Small porthole shaped window. No sheer curtains for privacy. Was a high school graduation ceremony the night we checked in and it was a going show trying to get in the front doors and through the lobby.
