I like that the hotel and waterpark are in one place as well as the Boston pizza and breakfast buffet.
The buffet shouldn’t be so expensive, it isn’t big and not a lot of options. But still good. Kids 2 and under eat free. It should be kids 7 and under, just considering they really aren’t eating that much. Front desk manager Ridley explained to me why the room has to be “checked” before releasing the $200 deposit back via debit. Last time I stayed I booked through the hotel and it was never “checked” before hold was released on my credit card.

The hot tubs and waterpark, the room was nice that it had a sink and microwave and extra lounge area
Price of food at the waterpark, room was expensive for off season, coffee maker in room was dirty,

little resort with a small water park at a reasonable price in Niagara Falls.
The room was pretty clean, but the water park is outdated and small, also half of the rides where not working due to technical issues or low season. Water wars pretty warm. They closed all rides every 20 minutes but didn’t allow our 9 years old son to go with us to hot tub because of his height, even we promised he will be with us all the time and there where literally nobody else in water park at that moment. Also they charged extra for parking!

Waterpark was ok for kids. Location is nearby restaurants and fastfoods and away from the busy area in Niagara
Room, key card always getting deactivated, staff not telling us early on not to put the keycard near electronic devices or near other cards with magnetic strips because it will deactivate, opening of waterpark is too late at 10 AM when guests have to check out at 11AM.
