We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect, close to all the main attractions in Niagara Falls. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location - views and convenience
Extremely high price and staff at pool and parking were rude. The 2nd and 3rd nights my room was just picked up (beds made n trash taken out along with new towels provided) and not cleaned. Told manager at the front desk and he didn’t seem very interested. The additional taxes are outrageous

The view was sublime….
Great location…
Room was ok
I was offered a room upgrade for 200 dollars which I agreed what they didn’t say that it was 200 dollars per night which was misleading, over two nights that was an extra 400 dollars with taxes, not good…..
The hotel was extremely busy especially the lifts….
If you wanted bottle water you had to pay extra…..
