Location was excellent away from what I would call the 'tacky' end of Niagrara where the arcades are etc. Excellent view of the Falls and the Falls view room was VERY spacious and checkin was so quick & easy 😊
The a/c wasn't great, the room was a bit warm despite being on high and a low temp. The inclusion of a ceiling fan in the seating area was fab though!

Marriot Hotel does have a spectacular view of the Niagara Falls if you are willing to pay for the room. The cleaning staff are nice, but they don't have a consistent schedule to clean the room so that you can align your activities.
Milestones restaurant is great but too expensive. the 19.50 discount is not going to dent your food charges and they are limited only to the room charges.
1. The food discounts are constraint or limited only for room charges - why can't the restaurant staff reduced those per eating there?
2. The security charges - it is to your advantage that you update your website so those are remove if the guests are not paying for them.
3. IMPORTANT: Marriot does NOT HAVE a washing/drying facility. Considering that laundry is important as going to the Niagara Falls makes everyone wet, this would have been very convenient.
