This was actually my first ever experience with after entries at a hotel. Instructions were clear and informative. Staff explanation were clear and courteous. Thank you for that.
Parking was a little scarce but on the plus side was well lit and on a main busy road where there is less likely of a break-in.

Location was great with metro station just a short walk away and only a ten minute ride into Vancouver city centre.

Handra and Anshu were so kind and supportive!
We arrived after booking last minute. We had made a mistake on our dates and Handra and the team very kindly gave us complimentary early check in which made a big difference after our 24h of travel to get there from Australia.
