This property has a great free airport shuttle. The location of the property is great, two stops down is a really nice mall and there is a large Suoerstore that is walkable from the property and also a Tim Hortons across the street. When cruising it is very convenient to take the train to the Waterfront where you walk less than 2 blocks to the Cruise Terminal. I would highly recommend this property as the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was only a short shuttle ride from the airport
The bed sheets didn’t fit the bed, no complimentary water in the room, there was noise from the lift to the 12 floor, I was invited to pay for an upgrade to the penthouse suite (on the 11th floor) only to find that there was a floor above me. I just didn’t feel that this room was value for money. I wouldn’t stay here again, I’d find a different airport hotel.
