It was old!!! We found hair in the bed, coffee pod was used, air conditioner did not work and was loud. We left quickly as it was just nasty

Family trip with 4 young children and 2 adults. The children loved the pool - just the right size and having it available for extended hours was perfect. Kitchen was well used and had kettle, toaster and basics but did not have adequate utensils or dishes for our group of 6.

The room was extremely warm, and we could not adjust the heat to reduce the temperature. We had to open the balcony door to cool the room down, and had to leave it open all night.

We enjoyed staying in a suite which gave us a bigger room with a small kitchenette with dishes and cutlery--perfect for a breakfast. The large bathroom had two sinks, a shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub, but didn't have time to use the swimming pool. We left our car at the hotel and walked to the train.

So Far, So Good. My Stay is satifactory. The Dog Fee is rather high, I saw that it is equivalent to renting a car a day. My Queen Bed is Comfy with a Jacuzzi Tub which will introduce me to a warm weekend later this morning. I will traverse the neighborhood in the morning for a good breakfast place and then take Sam for a exploratory walk for interesting spots.

3 night stay in 2 bed suite. There for a sports tournament. Plenty of space/storage in the room. Beds were comfy. Quiet -couldn’t hear noise from the street or from other rooms/ floor above.

Found a cockroach in the kitchen while making coffee. We ordered a room with two queen beds and got 1 and a pullout. The hotel was 'full' so there was nothing they could do. Asked the doorman where the closest Starbucks to walk to was and he sent me 4 blocks to one that had been closed for weeks.

We were in a condo style suite. The set up is great. Housekeeping staff are great. Overall we like the hotel. Just a bit of ants problem, which was troublesome for someone who is not good with bugs...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite in the condo area of the property. It was a fantastic set up with 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning and felt a little worn On checkout, we advised the front desk about the tiny ants in both bathrooms. They were very apologetic and hopefully they'll do something about it. I'd stay here again.

Front desk staff super nice and helpful, hotel was clean and quiet and met the needs while stopping in Richmond. Expedia needs to update their listing as the room did not have a microwave as stated and there is a send out service for laundry but no actual guest laundry facility/room in the building which was disappointing as I didn't want to have someone else wash my belongings.

We stayed at this location for two nights, one on either end of an international trip. The check-in was fast and easy. The room was very large, which was what we booked. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms there are five of us, including 17-year-old teenage boys and a 10-year-old daughter. So we need space when we travel and this hotel was perfect for our needs. We will definitely stay here every time we go to Vancouver to fly out. They were also very accommodating for our vehicle which we left when we went on our trip and came back and our car was parked in the safe spot. When we returned, we were very late and they had everything ready for us as well as were accommodating to us when we were ordering pizza from a local place and letting the pizza driver come up to our room. I just save the beds! So comfortable.

I liked that we got a great upgrade to our reservation. We had a keurig coffeemaker in the room but no coffee.

Our first stay was in the new section which was lovely; however, upon return we were in the old section. The two wouldn't turn off and was hard to turn on, renovations have been done but they seem as though they've been done very poorly. The AC/heating unit barely functioned and is right next to where the cars park which pumped exhaust into the room. Staff were friendly and the place did seem clean. Good shuttle service.

I cannot believe how great this hotel is. Normally, I stay downtown and I decided to give the Executive Hotel a try. The room is better than my Marriot and the staff cannot be more helpful
