clean room. lots of options for breakfast, friendly staff
defective vending machine, Room A/C did not remove all the humidity, TV remote had certain functions that did not work, certain channels on TV did not display

The rooms are big and spacious. The beds are comfortable and generally the room was clean. sufficient towels but very tiny small toiletries. The AC is ok, but noisy. There was one friendly receptionist a gentleman with a few gray hairs but he looks youngish... he was the only one who was nice. They do not wear name tags so you cannot tell who was rude or nice. Overall nice hotel but I will not stay here due to the poor staff behavior.
The rooms have a general musty damp like smell. The staff are not friendly at all! The receptionists were rude and seemed to be "inconvenienced" by the customer. There was outright discrimination without speaking too many words. At one point, the housekeeping staff knocked on our door with a sharp key sound and asked if we were checking out. I had already advised the receptionist that I was extending for 1 day as I waited for my flight to be sorted out. I asked them to check with the receptionist and not quarrel with me. They were not apologetic and I told them what I thought of the situation. The breakfast was poor, very salty, overcooked bacon, cheap plastic cutlery and coffee is from a dispenser. Owners of this hotel need to be aware of their staff behaviour and take them back to some customer service training school. I am a COO where I come from and I take customer service vert seriously and I would fire any staff who treated customers this badly.

Dont book it for your guests remotely because they have ridiculous rule that the original person must come and sign the documents physically otherwise they will cancel it and the guest cant get the room on arrival.
Why would anyone book it online if they still have to come in to sign. They are living in 80's.
