The garden is beautiful, the amenities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a lovely place to stay!
The rooms are clean overall, but they are a bit outdated. In particular, some of the drawers have an old furniture smell, and the AC system could use a thorough cleaning, as there was noticeable dust around it.
One negative during our stay was that a group of children from a camp used the pool area for about two hours with very little supervision from their camp teachers. The poor pool guard was left monitoring both the pool and hot tub, which I felt was inappropriate, especially since hotel guests of certain ages are not permitted to use the hot tub without adult supervision.
The camp group was quite loud, and at times the situation felt unsafe, particularly around the pool and hot tub. I understand that the hotel needs to make its large facilities available for groups, but I would strongly suggest separating the pool areas when camps are using them and, in particular, not allowing children to use the hot tub. The pool itself is already pleasantly warm, so there is really no need for children to use the hot tub.

Good size beds and clean.
Description of the Minibar was wrong. Only provides an empty mini refrigerator. Service Reception kept asking follow-up questions about what I expected from a minibar, by check-out. She thinks the fault lies with booking.com, not her issue.
