Service was prompt and facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is wonderful, 10 mins from the old town (viewing the vineyards along the way) and Niagara Falls.
The pillows were uncomfortable and shower heads should be the handheld type. A bit pricey for a 4 night stay.

Food was ok but mediocre variety. Plentiful. Poor coffee.
Noisy fan had to be turned off for sleep. Slippery shower floor and no grab bar on shower wall made showering dangerous. When reporting to manager, he ignored me until I asserted myself. Then made excuses that shower stall was 8 years old. I was also disappointed that the hotel was so far from the theatre & hard to find when it had top rating for my requirements.
